Terms of Service

These Terms are an agreement between you and Organic Manage, which operates Organicmanage (https://www.organicmanage.com). By creating an account, including with "Sign in with Google", or by using the service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use Organicmanage for an organisation, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.

• You must be at least 13, or the age of digital consent where you live, and able to form a binding contract.
• Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
• Tell us at contact@organicmanage.com straight away if you suspect someone else is using your account.
• Workspace owners decide who can join their workspace and what role each member has.

You own the posts, media, and other content you put into the service. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you. That includes publishing it to the accounts you connect and sending it to our AI providers when you use AI features. The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already published to third-party platforms.

You confirm that you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Do not use the service to:

• Post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually exploits minors, or infringes intellectual property.
• Send spam, run coordinated inauthentic behaviour, or manipulate platform metrics.
• Break the terms or policies of any platform you connect, including Meta's Platform Terms and Community Standards, Threads' terms, and Google's terms.
• Probe, overload, or bypass the security of the service, or access other users' data.
• Resell or white-label the service without our written permission.

Publishing and analytics depend on Meta, Google, and other third parties. Their terms apply to your use of them. They may change or withdraw features, rate-limit us, or reject posts, and we are not responsible for what they do. You can disconnect a platform at any time.

AI-generated captions, ideas, analysis, and edits are suggestions. They can be inaccurate, unoriginal, or unsuitable. Review everything before you publish it. You are responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Paid plans, if you choose one, are billed in advance for each billing period. Prices are shown on our pricing page. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Unless the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or where the law requires it. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every scheduled post will publish (a platform may reject it or be down), or that it will deliver any particular growth or result.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or followers. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 USD. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England, United Kingdom, and its courts have jurisdiction, unless the consumer law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.

If we change these Terms in a material way, we will update the date at the top and give you notice in the app or by email before the change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new Terms.
